    chicken and mushrooms

Hi all. I was wondering if steamed chicken and mushrooms from a chinnesse take out would be ok? It seems harmless excewpt of course I cant read the a nutritional card. tonight I am going to have alot of veggies and I had a cup this morning so I am going to just eat the steamed chicken.

I guess my question is if the chicken is in the mushrooms when I get it and I just eat the chicken aM i GETTING ANY CARBS? Like if I taste the flavor of the mushrooms on the chicken?

Mushrooms are on the 'salad veggie' list and are totally acceptable to eat. I would be worried about hidden starches and/or sugars. Read the label, or ask at the restaurant.

it's really a matter of any sauce they put on it.

no, not if there wasn't any sauce. plug it into fitday if you're worried about too many carbs.
