  • Surpassed Expectations

    Yesterday was my last day on Induction. So today I weighed myself and I'm down 16lbs total. That's 16lbs in 14 days. I'm surprised I lost more weight this second time around on the diet.

    Now I'm off to OWL

                Good for you for deciding to move onto OWL and not hang around for the sometimes "extended stall" of extended induction!! Wise decision on your part!! Don't forget in OWL to keep counting every carb! It's easy to get sloppy when we don't measure and only eyeball it!! Several of us have experienced that in OWL. Keep a food journal!! It really helps you track you food trends and your weight loss. If you encounter any problems, it's easier to spot if you've archived it somewhere. If you haven't already, I certainly suggest setting up a FREE account on FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal. It's awesome all the way around. You can track foods, exercise, measurements, weight, your goal. It's awesome and helps keep you on track. Best of luck to you in your journey!!
