my names melissa and ive been looking at the board but this is my first post, im about 5 days into induction. Anyways.... (i've looked around but not found the answer) i know that you are supposed to get your veggies in either 3 c of salad or 2c and 1 cup other acceptable veggie right? well i was wondering if u have room in your carbs can u have more. Like i had a big salad for lunch but on fitday i put in my day (just to see) with that and a veggie at dinner and still only at about 15 carbs... it seems ok but i just wanna make sure because i am not too clear on it. thanks

well im pretty sure that its net because im using fiitday and im thinking thats how its calculated. net are carbs -fiber correct? see i think i understand but i interpret things differently lol. im not always under (but not over) but im wondering if its ok to have more veggies than reccomended if you are still on track?
