Even in OWL, I am unsure. I swear I cannot stand another egg. I also have to have something to eat on the run and I am feeling challenged on this front.

I make crustless quiche which does for 6 quick'n'easy snacks or three meals.
Quiches are so easy to make and you can use up any leftover cooked foods in them too!
Otherwise just make extra 'leftovers' the night before - one member used to eat chilli for breakfast

I LOVE the "mock danish" found it on Lindas website. I mix my cinnamon in it, instead of sprinkling it on top, and zap it in the microwave for 2-3 min. I don't take to the eggs every day, and I am a breakfast person. Used to love my carbs for breakfast, this satisfies me more than I ever was with the carbs.

I had roast beef sliced thin, spread with cream cheese with seasoning salt and chives, all rolled up in lettuce leaves.

As weird as it sounds....I've been rotating tuna and eggs. One morning I'll have tuna, and the next eggs.
It's good to change it up to avoid boredom. I'm planning on making hamburger patties for breakfast this week.

Well, I feel like the garbage disposal in the group. I would buy a candy bar out of the vending machine at work if I didn't FILL UP in the morning. One morning I'll have scrambled eggs, bacon and pumpkin, the next I might have some roast with broccoli and butter, sometimes tuna, sometimes I'll sweeten the eggs with splenda, cinnamon and a little vanilla--that so reminds me of french toast and it's goooooood! The first time I did it I thought I discovered a new world!!
I had just made french toast for my son and with that, I didn't feel a bit deprived. It was great!! Sometimes I have a hamburger patty and green beans. I'm much more varied now than I ever was in my previous WOE life!!

Also, this morning I made a flax seed minute muffin. I cut it in half and ate an egg over one half, and mixed up cream cheese with raspberry sugar-free syrup on the other half.
The muffins are portable, but they do need a tasty topping because they are pretty blah by themselves. You also need to be sure to drink plenty of water with them.

This morning I had left over buffalo wings and half an avocado...... If I have leftovers, I eat them. Tonight we are having bbq steak - so guess what I will eat for breakfast tomorrow?
Or else I eat a lot of boiled or scrambled eggs and lunch meat and cheese.F - 162/154/134

I made up a batch of Tuna Muffins this week and had 2 of those - and they are kinda portable. I bring them to work with me & microwave for 45 seconds. If I can find the post, I'll paste the link in below. Otherwise, It's been
eggs. I vary the eggs a bit, but eggs are eggs.

Re: What do you all eat for breakfast? m
I make a lot of stir-fried dinners with chicken and veggies and have the leftovers for breakfast when I'm feeling like I have eaten my last egg! I also make hamburgers with a slice of cheese and mushrooms with a dollop of mayo. I've been doing this since my high weight five years ago and now it has become a WOL alternating between traditional breakfasts and leftover dinners.
