Im going to Vegas with friends in 5 weeks and I need to get serious! I have been on and off of weight watchers for the last year and have lost 20lbs... however I am eating too much processed junk and haven't lost any weight in a long time. I work out 6 days a week (P90X and turbo jam) and lift weights 3 times a week. I am hoping that Atkins is really gonna help me drop at least 10lbs before vacation! Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
