what veggies do you stick to?? i've been doing cut string beans

String beans are on the 'one cup' list (called 'french beans' in my edition of DANDR) so you can only have one cup of those on induction. From this list I often also eat broccolli, cauliflower, onions, tomatoes, celery root (celeriac), courgettes (zucchini), aubergines (eggplant), turnips, rhubarb, pumpkin and cabbage.

You can have 2 cups from the 'salad vegetable' list too.

I usually eat red peppers, celery, radishes, cucumber and mushrooms as well as a small amount of lettuce as my '2 cup' vegetables.

I was always under the impression that the more fat you have on your body, the faster it comes off. So those who are on the slimmer side do not see the weight melting off like those who are more overweight.

...but of course I could be wrong. I'm no professional.

ive found it doesnt matter what kind of food i'm eating (all legal of course) if im not getting in the water i need then i'm not droping the pounds. Ive found my body wants atleast 90oz everyday
