if you made it to rung 3 of OWL you really should use the OWL tools Dr Atkins gave us to fix yourself. return to induction is only if you are out of ketosis and only for a few days to get ketosis going again, not as a cure all for any control issues we are having containing our bad decisions.
We need to use OWL that great food experient to leanr while we have weight ot lose how foods effect us and what foods we can and can't handle at this time and to practice regaining control of our cravings and urges with the tools Dr Atkins gave us so when we get to goal we don't end up like so many of those who need to come back to Atkins because they just didn't stay on maintenenace.
Work your Atkins in your OWL setting after you get your ketosis back if you are out of ketiosis. A cheat free induction isn't going to magically help anybody regain control of themselves in OWL once they have cheated but learning to fix the blood sugar swings and stabilize things will.

Hi Cartan, :wave
Sounds like a wise to me, sometimes we have to look at things from an objective and honest perspective, face were we've slipped up and then build a better foundation for ourselves based on what we've learned.
It sounds like you're doing just that, you're edge here is that you know the drill, what you can and cannot have - and the critical importance of avoiding "cheats"..like Dr. Atkins said it's the kiss of failure.
Best of luck to you, but it sounds like you'll be doing just fine.
