Day 7 So far So good. (Man Boobies Exercise?)

  • Day 7 So far So good. (Man Boobies Exercise?)

    Im going to stay on induction until may 1st which is 9 more days because of little mistakes i have made during the 7 days.

    So my total induction when I am done will be 16 days instead of 14.

    But so far 7th day i have lost 12 lbs.
    After i think the 2nd day i started losing 2 - 3 lbs a day.

    What would be good exercises for Stomach and Man Boobies ?
    Would like to focus energy there to try and burn in fat in that area.
    Especially the man boobs.
    I Have heard nothing can beat walking, but is there anything especially for the boobies that i can do, like maybe carry dumb bells while i walk, or climb the Stairs at the park ?

      Weight Lifting will help define your chest a bit, or push ups. Weight lifting is essential when losing weight. You want to have hard muscles. Plus muscles help burn fat

        Yes, more muscle is more fat burned while you're sleeping even. You can sleep and burn tons of calories if you work out your muscles.

        The walking is a great fat burner. I've heard it's more effective than running.

          Hello and congrats on your awesome weight loss!

          Unfortunately fat can not be isolated. This is why people with pretty fabulous bodies get lipoed. Because no matter how hard they try to burn off that little inner thigh, or lower abdominal excess, it doesnt budge..it's just how they are shaped...You can't sculpt fat naturally.

          When you lose weight, you lose weight all over. Most people have a tendency to burn the fat in certain areas fast or even 1st, but we have no control over where it will come off....bummer ya?

          You can however work the muscles underneath that fat. Push-ups are great for your entire pectorals region, let alone biceps, triceps, and deltoids. And there are a ton of new age ab exercises you can do at home - tons of websites that you can find on the internet - simple movements (yet not so simple to do!).... as well as basic crunches and reverse crunches.
