Headaches are a common symptom of the so-called "Induction flu", but I am surprised you still have them on day 6. Are you eating enough? Eating your vegetables, having about 65% fat in your menus, drinking water? Maybe you can post a menu or two, to see if there's anything that can be improved there.

    2) My cardio heart jump to 95 BPM to 100 bmp, even if Im sitted front the computer.
I don't usually measure my heart rate... but it is normal to be fatigued when you begin Induction. It has to do with the fact that your body is switching from using carbohydrates as its main energy source to using fats.

    3) Can I drink gasified mineral Water?
Plain carbonated water (or sparkling water) is okay. The one that has flavorings and other stuff in it is not.

    4) Can I drink decafeinated Coffe with some Sodic Clyclamatic sweetener?
Yes, sodium cyclamate is one of the sweeteners allowed on Atkins. It stalls me, but it is just an personal thing. Keep in mind that sweeteners are limited to 3 packets per day.

    5) What I can do for the constipation?
Dr. Atkins recommended flaxseed meal, psyllium husks or bran to deal with constipation issues. You can read about this here:

Welcome Argentina, glad you found us and joined. The racing heart isn't fun, and if it continues you should have it checked out. What I do is take some deep breaths, letting the air out very slowly, see if that helps

Thank you Georgeana, and D for yours quick responses.

It´s true.. now, when Im on induction, maybe I eat less food than when Im started my 1st week, cause I feel less hungry.

Maybe I will be needing more water.

I will try to explain my usual Menu.

        1) Breakfast
2 viennas (named salchichas here) counting 2 grs. of carb here. With 1 egg.

        2) middle/morning food. 10 grs of a traditional Salami.

        3) Lunch. 1 peace of crispy cow maet fritoed with Olive oil. With some crispy Spinach "torrejas"..

        4) 5 o`clock meal. 10 grs of a traditional Salami. 200 ml from a beverage named "mate Cocido". Its is similar to a green tea, but Yerba Mate is used to do this. With 20 sodium cyclamat drops as sweetener.

        5) before the bed. I take a piece of crispy chicken. (olive oil). Thats all.

I feel like my body are really switching to use the fat on my body. My arms are more lean.

I guess If i will have some problems If I go out to do some runs, play some soccer as I used to do cause Im without enough sugar?

          Re: some questions from Argentina!?

There are some veggies missing from your menu, since you should be eating 3 cups per day. Maximum 1 cup of these should come from the "Other Vegetables" list and the rest should be from the "Salad Vegetables". Also, over half of your net carbs should be in the form of vegetables, which is not the case in the menu you've posted.

Here are the lists I'm talking about:

Spinach is on the "Other Vegetables" list, so you need 2 cups of salad veggies. Cucumber, peppers, mushrooms, jicama, celery, radishes... you can cook them or eat them raw (but always measure them raw).

Check the sausages for added sugars (e.g. sugar, dextrose) or for other "illegal" ingredients (e.g. wheat, soy). Do the same for the salami.

Your percentages during Induction should be around 65% fat, 5% carbs and 30% protein. These are percentages from the total calories. I believe you might have too much protein in your menu. To track these things, you can use online tools like FitDay or DailyPlate:
FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal
Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate

You should exercise, even during Induction. It is okay to play football or do any other form of exercise. You do not need sugar for these activities, because on Atkins the body is taking the fuel it needs from fat instead of carbohydrates. So the energy is still there, it just comes from a different source, through a different metabolic pathway.

I wear a heart rate monitor when i workout. On days that i dont eat ENOUGH food i notice my heart rate is faster.

                Re: some questions from Argentina!?

Your body was low on carbohydrates when you restarted, so it's expected not to experience the carb withdrawal symptoms of the "Induction flu".

Good for you to get back on Atkins.

Good to hear your progress and that you have got back on plan.

                  Keep up the good work!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Plain water is a must. You should have at least 64 oz of it. Helps with losing too. The drinks you are mentioning have artificial sweeteners in them that may stop weightloss (and remember that we are limited to 3 sweeteners a day)

Pumkin in on the allowed list. Did you not print out the allowed list? Here is a copy for you

I usually get canned pumpkin (no additives) I like to eat it mixed with cream cheese sometimes.
