  • Day 1,menu...any advice???

    Hi!
I made it thru my 1st day. I am going to tell you my menu and if there is something that needs to be different, please let me know.
Breakfast-4 slices of bacon and a slice of cheddar
    Snack-1 stalk of celery
    Lunch-hamburger patty w mustard
Supper-lettuce salad w hard boiled egg w ranch and chicken breast w/ swiss
Now I am having a serious sweet craving. Thought I would post here and then run off to bed, away from the kitchen. Is there a quick, easy sweet fix?
Well, thanks for helping me and hopefully day 2 will be a good day!

Brushing your teeth and a tall glass of water should help.

As for your menu, you didnt list your amounts so it is my guess you are not getting enough vegis, The best way to do it is 1 serving at each meal, to keep them well spread thru/out the day.

1 day down great job keep it up!!!!!!!!!!! ha

One thing that jumped out at me -- your snack! When you eat a veggie you should have some fat with it.

It takes your body a few days to lose the sweet cravings. It is hard to go through the withdrawal at first. Just stick with eating correctly and those sweet cravings will go away. I promise you! I was a bigtime sweet eater and I was miserable the first few days. Then a miracle happened and I forgot all about sweets. This will happen to you too as long as you stick to a strict induction.

Are you drinking water? Also, even now I occasionally get a sweet tooth, I find if I eat something fatty, the craving usually goes away.

I hope this helps you. Wishing you the best!
