I assume you want to use them for constipation, not for "boosting" weight loss... right? You should not have laxatives -- not in Induction, not ever -- unless everything else fails. Dr. Atkins recommended flaxseed meal, psyllium husks or wheat bran for constipation issues. You will have to drink these with a lot of water or otherwise they will only make the problem worse. what kind of stool sofner, no not for boosting weight loss im in pain.. on induction too.. ive been off and on atkins for a while think that the floping back in forth is whats doing it.If at first you dont suceed try again.. IF i can do it. Anyone can.
