    Hi.

    Im on my 6th day on induction and I take some meals wrong on a party the things that I eat are a couple of sandwichs at all.

    I loose 6 lbs on this firts week.


    Ive to start induction over againg from day 1?

    That's not good...

    It's your choice, but I'd say move on and finish Induction. Your will not be able to determine your degree of metabolic resistance since the results will be skewed, but you will get back into ketosis and continue to lose weight.

    Next time you go to a party, plan ahead what you are going to eat.

      I agree with Georgiana, just carry on eating to plan and continue your days counting. So if today is day 6 then tomorrow will be day 7.

        if you cheated for more then one meal then i would say start over. But if it was just dinner at the party then keep going.
