  • Is Edamame Allowed?

In my former WOE I loved Edamame, it's low carb and very high fiber and it fills me up, I love eating it. I don't see it mentioned anywhere. Does anyone know if Edamame is allowed on Akins???

I'm starting tomorrow...everyone wish me luck!

It's not allowed on Atkins Induction. The List only mentions string beans (green beans) and snow peas. Neither are soybeans.

Yes, it is allowed on Atkins, but only from OWL Rung 6 on.
