    day #8 can't believe it!!

    well fellow "weight Losers" if my scale is correct and yes I still can;t believe it, as of this am the scale had read another 3lbs GONE!! I also got
    a pair of uniform pants on that I haven't worn forever!! Wow, thank you all for encouragement

        thank you I appreciate any encouragement that I get. When I was child I was constantly ridiculed for my weight at school and at home!! My dad has always been my worst critic, and I know it's because diabetes runs rapid in our family, but so far so good and I am trying.
