I'm on day 6 in ketosis exercise 45 min brisk walking and some arm exercises. I've noticed alittle weight loss only 3 pounds but not as much as I'd like. Anything to boost up weightloss? Also can I take lax in induction cause I feel I need to poo and that's where my weight is coming from can u take colon clense pills

Ashley, you don't have to "boost up" anything. In 6 days of Induction, you have lost 3 lbs -- that's a loss of 15% of the weight you want to lose (20 lbs). Most people lose 5-10% in 14 days. You've lost 15% in 6! So you're doing great.
You've asked the same question about laxatives several times. In terms of weight loss, laxatives will not make you gain weight. In terms of health, they are crap (especially on a diet like Atkins, which has a diuretic effect) and do you no good unless everything else fails. Are you taking a fiber supplement? Are you drinking enough water? What vegetables are you eating and how much of them? As I wrote in one of my other replies, if you do everything correctly and fiber supplements don't "fix" the problem, try a stool softener before taking a laxative."Get action. Seize the moment. ashley, do you have the book in front of you or somewhere close where you can get your hands on it?
if so, check out page 124 ~ number 12 of the Rules of Induction tell you what you can do for constipation.
i would ask these things because they help with the problem .........
1. are you drinking enough water? remember, that's a minimum of 64 oz
2. are you eating at least 1/2 your net carbs from the vegetables listed on pages 125 and 126?
since you seem to asking repeat questions, why not use a notebook and jot down your question and a simple sentence for the answers you have been provided with. they will be handy and a quick reference for you.
you could also write in you book, marking pages when an answer is provided. for instance, i've mentioned several pages and you could go to the pages and highlight the areas mentioned. i've got all kinds of marks in mine and i've made notes on the insides of the front cover and any blank page i come across.
3 pounds.... 6 days..... nothin' wrong with that!

I don't think there is anything wrong with asking questions. Perhaps you don't like the answers always but we tell you what we think and what we know from reading the book. You are doing well. Hang in there. Stay healthy. So called short cuts usually make things worse.

oh my goodness, ashley... nobody is yelling at you.
i gave information and even suggested how to keep track of some of the things you had asked about. use that book not just to read it but mark it up
and use different colors for different phases like pink for induction, green for owl rung 1, blue for rung 2 etc. make that book colorful!
