  • Using fitday during induction

I could really benefit from some "experienced" FitDay users right now!

I'm using it to track my food intake everyday, journaling and keeping track of measurements. For those of you who use Fitday, have you found a way to track NetCarbs? The food log tracks Carb counts for the foods you consume but doesn't convert to NetCarbs.

    Any suggestions???

you have to look down where the nutritional totals are below your list of food intake and subtract the fiber thats right below your carb count

That is right. It is not too hard. Yesterday fitday told me I had 50.1 net carb - It told me I had had 22.5 gram of fibre. So that means I had 27.3 grams of carb.
