taking antibiotics while in induction & other

I have a very bad sinus infection. I am on antibiotics. Will they interfere with weight loss during induction?
Also, do you any of you eat hummus while induction? I think it has like 2g carbs.

Are they sugar coated or something? Otherwise they should not interfere with your weight loss (i.e. fat lost). You might experience some bloating though.

Nope, no hummus allowed during Induction. Hummus is made from chickpeas, so it is only allowed from OWL Rung 6 on.

remember it isnt just the carb amount, its what your food is made of. print out the induction food list in the top sticky of the main forum and keep it in your wallet, you can refer to it whenever you need to that way!

The ingredients should be written on the package.

antibiotics sometimes cause an increase in yeast which could possible interfere with weight loss... not for long though...
