Hi all and how's it goin?
Well, I wrote them down 2 weeks ago. I haven't really totally stuck to plan. I am trying though and I know thats better than not for me. And some days are better than others.
anyhow, here are my results so far... weight lost 10 lbs.
chest was 37" now 35 1/8"
bust was 40" now 39"
ribs was 34" now 33"
waist was 42 1/2" now 40 1/2"
hips was 42 1/2" now 42"
bicep was 11 now 10 1/2
thigh was 24 1/4" now 23'
I'm pretty happy with that....its almost 7 1/2 inches total!
