Blargh. <--that's the noise for how I feel sometimes.
Okay MOST of the time I feel good. I drinks LOTS of water, I eat my veggies, and I exercise at LEAST once a day. Sometimes twice. I'm in ketosis now!! So that's good.
Only trouble is, at times, after/between meals, I don't get hungry but I do get headaches and my stomach feels sour. I felt so bad last night just before ketosis hit that I had to lay down and go to bed! Is there something else I need to be doing?
