  • Day one of 14 days - Looks Deceiving

I have been at this point many times in the past, i have actually gotten PAST induction and gone on to do well. I am back and the past is the past. I have the knowledge and know how, i just need to apply what i know. So here i am dedicating myself to the first 14 days, starting with focusing on tomorrow, day one. And then day two, and then day three and so on.

For the first time i have no "goal" of why i want to lose weight. No trip, no meeting, i simply have a goal of getting through tomorrow -- Day one, and then the next day and then the next, slowly changing my mindset so this becomes life instead of worrying about day to day to keep myself on track.

<-- so this is me, heading into the future. I am ready, i have cut a foot off my hair, have my nails and toes done and went tanning lol. I have a menu ready for tomorrow and will start out right exercise beause i have a training session with my trainer.

    Talk to you soon.

Right, that means you weigh 100 lbs, today you are 100 lbs and your goal is zero lbs... Hard to help when the numbers aren't right

Its not that important, i know what my numbers mean. I am not going to argue with you and do things as you wish me to do. But i will explain since you are determined to act as if i have done something WRONG lol.

100 to lose -- i.e., MY STARTING NUMBER
100 to lose -- i.e., MY CURRENT NUMBER
0 is what i want to be at the end -- ZERO LBS LEFT TO LOSE

While its not what YOU would choose to use as a motivation, its what i choose. I really can't believe you focused on this and then tried to tell me my numbers aren't "RIGHT." My numbers work for me, that's all that matters. I hope you are capable of respecting it.

I wasn't asking fo help i don't believe, i was introducing myself in a forum. Thank you for your attempt . Be well.

Thanks Elizellen and Georgiana, for the welcome. I have been on the board before a long time ago so am looking through all the changes and such.
