Well today is day 4 for me and i have been doing great until this morning. I got outta bed and could barely walk! i had my 1st symptoms of induction flu yesterday and didn't think it could get any worse that was until i got up this morning! I had alot of stuff that i put off yesterday cause i felt so bad and need to get it done today so I went to starbucks, yes thats right i said STARBUCKS!! I did manage to pass on my favorite caramel macchiato w/ EXTRA caramel and i got a caffe americano w/ sugar free syrup and some hvy. crm but still i went straight for the caffiene. I now realize i am pretty dependent on the stuff cause as soon as i drank it i came home and buzzed all around my house cleaning like a mad woman. So i am making the commtiment and saying it out loud to myself now "NO MORE CAFFIENE" i just thank goodness it hasn't sparked any cravings so far. I just hope this is the last day i will feel like this!!!! michelle

Good for you for deciding to ditch the caffeine.
The 'Induction flu' will last for a few days. So beware and be prepared.
