One week down....

  • One week down....

    I completed the 1st week in my introduction with out cheating.
    I feel better than ever, my sister starts today, I'm so happy it's always help to have some support and we are very close. Looking forward to seeing what progress I will have this week I love to challenge myself to see my limits. The weekend was not as hard as I espected I was with my friends yesterday, on lunch we went to Subway they had the big 12inch sub and I got a veggie salad with out all that processed meat. I felt good and I am so proud of myself.

    My goal for this week is 3lb. If I loose more that will be great if I stall I will keep going strong and hope for better results next week.

      Great Job! I'm on day 15......and have so much energy, too! Keep going! The support is great on here. It's very inspiring to read the posts/blogs.......gets you through when others around you might be eating pasta/bread, etc. Keep it up!
