Is there anything more I can do? Any more ideas? Advice?... I'm having problems with not having coca cola so I had a no sugar, no carb one today and even so feel guilty. I lost 6 lb in 4-5 days.

Its better not to have them so you kick the desire for sugar, but it is certainly a far better choice than going off to carb land. Try to keep that stuff to a minimum. It can stall you.
I always tried to drink 12 ounces of water before picking up a soda. Usually I was too full for the soda after the water. Soon I was drinking 90 ounces of water a day. Even now one soda a week is about it for me.
