Today is my first day. I'm nervous and worried. I miss my carbs and sugars
I've been rereading my DANDR and I'm freaking over veggies
We've never been friends.
I was reading about eating TOO much protein and I am wondering.... exactly how much IS too much?
Today I had (all day total)
8 boiled eggs
12 strips of turkey bacon
4 oz sharp cheddar
12 oz hamburger meat
1/2 cup of fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup of green onions
98 oz of water
I was reading up on the ketosis as well. How soon should you be able to tell? With the strips, that is.
So here I sit freaking over too much protein and too little of my arch enemy... the vegetable.
I thought I was off to a good start, but now I think I failed right off the bat. Can you tell I have inner conflict?
Any advice ore recommendations would be great. My book is already dogeared. Also, any idea how to get my stats up there (although I hate to see them in black and white)

Thanks for pointing me to the fit tracker. It seems easier when you have graphs and charts to look at instead of just the mirror.
