  • What i going on.....

    This is my 9th day in my introduction, so far i lost 10lb but for the past 3days I have not lost any weight. What could be going on? I have not cheated and I'm eating three servings of veggies (green) a day 100 oz of water everyday. I eat grilled chicken mostly not alot of red meat, maybe I should stop weighting myself everyday, I take a vowe to weight myself once a week.

    10 lbs over 9 days is a serious amount of weight to lose. Congratulations.

    But you have to realize that a good chunk of that weight was your body dumping excess water while your glycogen stores became depleted. Once that's done, there's just no way your body can lose at that rapid rate anymore.

    Anywhere from 1 to 3 pounds a week is a more realistic expectation from this point forward.

    Hold out until your initial 2 weeks is up. Measure your progress. Set in for the long journey of getting that weight off and keeping it off. Check in here often for guidance, friendship and the occaisional kick in the pants.
