This is my 9th day in my introduction, so far i lost 10lb but for the past 3days I have not lost any weight
. What could be going on? I have not cheated and I'm eating three servings of veggies (green) a day 100 oz of water everyday. I eat grilled chicken mostly not alot of red meat, maybe I should stop weighting myself everyday, I take a vowe to weight myself once a week.
