No weight loss yet on Induction, any suggestions?

    No weight loss yet on Induction, any suggestions?

    I'm on depo provera and I can only assume that is the reason I can't lose. I lost 80 lbs 10 yrs back while on depo, but I guess maybe things are different now...

    Does anyone have ANY suggestions at all to help me get through this and start losing weight? I have 2 mths left on this shot and I am at my wits end. I plan to get off the shot but until then?

    May I suggest you go to Review My Menu and post a menu of what you normally eat during Induction for a day. Maybe there is something there someone can point out that needs to be changed.
