  • Bought the wrong supplements (Question)

I bought a big load of calcium/magnesium tablets that I just found out have 1g of dietary fiber... I'm currently in the induction phase, but would it still be okay to take them?

    Thanks,
    Adam

Alright. The fiber comes from cellulose. Unless you're a termite or a cow, you cannot digest cellulose... so the supplement is safe for Induction.
