    Well...I did it. I completely messed up Induction to the point where I have to start over.

    Everything was going well and I was on vacation having a great time at home and then it happened...I fell and broke my leg!

    Home and miserable, I ate. And ate. And ate. And none of it was low carb.

    I'm not making any more excused, just dusting myself off and jumping back on the horse!
