I'm new to the forum but old to the atkins. I did it about 5 yrs ago and lost 80 pounds, but over time I have gained about 35 of it back, so I just started back on the induction. I do have a few questions because the plan has changed a bit. When i did it it was strictly all protein and very low carbs but I see veggies have been added in and its been revamped a bit.
I do have a question about net carbs I just bought the shakes, the back of the box says 22 carbs per shake but the front says only 1 net carb, so confused, how are they figuring that and since it's 22 carbs I'm thinkng that is my meal for the day...am I wrong.
