  • Cream on induction?

    Hi

    This may be a stupid question but are we aloud squirty cream. i notice that they have sugar in them but not sure if all do. I have anchor but havnt used any yet?

    If it has sugar in it, no.

    You can make your own real whipped cream and sweeten it with a "legal" sweetener".

      squirty cream must refer to the already whipped cream in a can. That isn't an Atkins food, but real 'whipping cream' in a carton is allowed.

        with regard to the sweetner, i have bought canderel as it seemed a little better compared to spenda in the uk.
        I hope this is ok and I have aprox 3 cups of decaff a day and will use 1 small spoon of canderel in it

          Canderel is aspartame. Aspartame is one of the sweeteners Atkins cautioned about. He believed many people stalled on it.
