    Beggining day 3!!

Well actually I am kind of in the middle of day 3. I am doing really awesome you guys! My water is WAY up! my carbs are WAY low! YAY!

Yesterday I made my first ever successful crossrib roast! OMG can you believe THAT?? I am a terrible cook! But it turned out great! and since I am the ONLY one who eats roast beef in my house...(picky kids...pickier husband!) I have a GREAT snack item...(I LOOOOVE a slice of cold roast with mustard...YUM!)

I am resisting the urge to step on the scale...and I am starting to the gym today, with a simple workout...45 minutes of cardio.

I feel a bit rotten today though...that ickky flu feeling...but I will trudge on!

    Hi Erin, :wave

    That's fantastic news!

Keep up the good work and you'll be seeing extraordinary results before you know it. Congratulations on your first roast!

There's no such thing as a bad cook ~ only people who have yet to discover their "inner chef"! I find both my love of being on Atkins and cooking really do compliment eachother as Atkins forces you to be more creative and more inventive. I find there's virtually nothing I can't make that isn't Atkins friendly and acceptable on induction, with except of course the foods restricted until OWL.

Keep up the great work - and keep cooking!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
