:confused this is my 3rd day on induction..i've followed the rules to a t so far, the 1st day i got the extreme exhaustion and a caffiene headcahe to boot..made it thru ok. that night was the best sleep i've had in a long time and on day 2 i felt wonderful. now today i have muscle type weakness, and am a little tired.. is the muscle fatigue normal?? I would understand if i'd excercised, but i havn't yet(chasing a 3 and 5 year old plus working odd hours keeps me busy + i walk to work rather than drive). any help appreciated, cathy

welcome to Induction flu blues luckily it will clear up in a day or two. Mucle weakness is like a runner hitting the wall the casrbs are gone and you are neding to switch to fats for fuel which your body hasn't yet created enough to help you yet
Walking to work is fgreat exercise as is chasing little kids.
Hang in ther and you will be feeling more energiezed as you switch over from carb burning to fatburning and get all the enzymes and reation chanbers built that you will be neding. Happy low carbing.by the book atkinseer
