A question about measuring the veg

I know that we are supposed to have 3 cups of veg's per day.

I do have a cup thats 8 fluid ounces, does that mean i just fill the cup with veggies or salad to equal 1 cup?

Yep. That's what I used to do before I bought some proper measuring cups.
