    Red faced lobster

    Hi all,

I started the 14 day induction on May 4 and things have been going well. However, I played tennis for the first time in a while and was so totally exhausted, I thought I was going to pass out after 20 minutes. Even worse, my face was as red as a lobster and stayed that way for at least an hour after I stopped. Is that normal? I'm not in the best shape but play tennis
fairly regularly. This has never happened before.

    Thanks for your input.

I think you should consult your doctor.

Really? I was hoping that the red face was a normal thing as me and hubs often look charmingly pink. I just assumed it was a good thing. Do you really think there could be something wrong. I feel pretty well but obviously worry about blood pressure.

Texlowcarb, you are using all your own steam to play tennis, no carbs, no caffeine, it is just you so I would imagine that you are likely to feel exhausted. I find that excersise is tiring and I end up being quite hungry too. I really don't think you have much to worry about. However, saying that I think I will get my blood pressure checked out.
