  • Exercise - to do or not to do?? that is the question..

    I am just starting induction now

    I usually go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week, for about an hour and half each time

    Is it wise to go throughout induction?? Also my goal weight loss is not great, 8 - 10 pounds, and ive been told that i shouldnt expect a huge loss during induction. Will maybe keeping up with my exercise regime help me out?

    Anyone who has read the book knows, Dr. Atkins said exercise is not an option. Do it anyway. Always. You'll be glad you did and your body will thank you for it. Even with just a little to lose, you probably want the muscle tone and to be healthy and fit. It will help you out in every aspect. I'm so glad I started working out and lifting weights early on. I'd probably weigh less right now if I didn't but I'd be all flabby...and let me tell you, I'm muscular and solid. That's sexy!
