  • Lost 12 in 10!~

    Lost 12 lb in my first 10 days of induction. I started 05/10 but I am staying on induction until atleast the end of may.
    ...BLESSED...

    TOTAL INCHES LOST: 19.5 in less then 2months!

    good for you with your weight loss. I understand you wanting to continue with induction, but OWL Rung 1 is just adding 5 net carbs of veggies daily -- a 1/2 c pumpkin, 1/2 c spaghetti squash, 5 brussels sprouts. It can help with fiber intake to help keep you regular and also figure out if there are certain vegetables you need to steer clear of.

      Great work so far

      I agree with Carole - moving to the first rung/level of OWL only means adding a few more veggies but does expand your food choices and make life a little easier. And moving on up to say rung 4 would allow you so much extra variety while you start to discover your CCLL.

      And many people seem to lose just as much as they start to climb the OWL ladder.

          Well done! If you stall, I have seen that a lot of people pick up when they move onto OWL. Then again I did read that if you had a lot to lose staying in induction a little while longer might give you the motivation you need to move onto OWL.
