  • Advice please!!

Ok I work Nights. 11pm-7am. I just want to know:

Should I eat a meal at work? or should I take "snaks"(so as not to go more than 6 hours without eating, and then eat breakfast when I get home, luch when I wake up and dinner in the evening?

I think I am going to try the latter...I just hope I don't get too famished....

You know, I'm on an opposite schedule like you so I treat it like a regular meal. BUT, it depends on your schedule. Do you USUALLY eat at night, even if not on induction?

I'd have foods handy anyways in case you get hungry. I keep 4 McDonald's hamburgers in the fridge, I scramble up some eggs and put them in a container and I bring about a pound of bacon in for the week. This way, I'm never stuck if I'm famished.

i dont think i ever eat meals...just take stuff that will fill you up because that is to long to go without eatting. I have found in the past that the only time i cheat is when i get really hungry.

Here is what I did last night and I was not hungry at all...

I took a slice of roast beef , a celery stalk, and a cheesstring to work with me...I munched when I felt hungry, but i drank 3 litres of water during my shift. I came home and made my breakfast, I will sleep until 1ish, have lunch when I wake, and have supper around 8...I think this will work....

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
