Hi could someone please show me a picture, or provide the link of the "RIGHT" book to read. There are so many. I haven't read it yet, but have been following the advice in the forums, printed out the food lists. I want to purchase the book.
I have been on the diet for 2 months, and have lost 18 lbs. I am happy, I feel great, but I feel that the weight loss has slowed way down, I have another 60lbs to go, and I have fluctuated within 2lbs for the last 3 weeks. The first 10lbs came off the first week, so of course I was estatic. Now I am discouraged.
Any advice?
