    Are they allowed on induction??
    You never really know what's in them so it makes you wonder.

    I eat either Hebrew National or Nathan's because they have no fillers.

      Well hotdogs do have an ingredient list. So that way you do know what is in them. It is true you may now know what parts of the animal they used. But on Atkins that is not our major concern We should worry about fillers (soy, wheat, starches) and sugars (remember there are many kinds of sugars-one of then used is corn syrup). If you can find a somewhat "pure" hotdog go for it.

        Also, avoid ones with sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate (look for "uncured" hot dogs, and lunchmeats for that matter).

          I Also bought some Hebrew National, got the 1/4 pounder, yummy with some mustard on them. As theya ll said no fillers and no sugar, 0 carbs.
