Hi all.
At about 2 am, I awoke with the biggest headache and body ache I have EVER felt. I am assuming this is the Atkins flu. :sarcasm
No pain no gain!!
However, i am dealing with the body aches, I took a walk around the driveway, is about 34 here this morning and it seems to help. BUT, this headache is not to be reckoned with. I am debating to go back to bed or take ibuprofen. I DO NOT want to sabotage myself and I WILL suffer thru if I have to but this is crazy!! Please advise me.
On the upside, I am not having any cravings and am not as bloated as I always am!!! :joy
One more thing, this shouldnt persist for more and a day or 2, right? :sadblinky
