  • Tzatziki Yogourt Spread on Induction?

Can I have this on Induction? Here are the ingredients:
Yogourt (Milk Ingredients, Bacterial Culture), Cucumber, Pure Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Potassium Sorbate
I would love to have just a little with my pork.
    Thanks,
    Cheryl

No - yogurt is reintroduced on the second level/rung of OWL along with other dairy products.

If you could get some sour cream (or plain cream plus lemon juice) and mix it with oil, some chopped cucumbers, garlic & salt then that would be induction 'legal' though
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Grate the cucumber and squeeze the water out with a clean dish towel.

Good suggestion Miss P - plain chopped cukes would make it very watery
