I'm using Fitday to track my foods and I noticed I'm having a hard time getting to that 65% fat-5% carbs- 30% protine ratio.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Also I've gone to 3 different stores - Walmart, Target, Walgreens, looking for the book. I know I've seen it at all of the places ... but now that I want one there's none there. I guess I'll have to buy it B&N.
On the weight loss front ... I am down just under 10 pounds ... wow that was fast!
