  • I'm excited!!

    I've reached my first goal of 10 pounds weight loss. I gave myself a month to reach this goal and I made it in a week ... how cool is that!! Thanks for the info and encouragement o far from everyone.

    Staying strong and moving forward ..... need to drink more water tho ...

    Minigoals
    Goal#1: 169 and daily walks with the dog. Met
    Goal#2: 159 and Schutzhund with the dog ... but not getting out of breath. Longer, faster paced walks with dog 3x/week. MET
    Goal#3: 150 , Hiking 3 times a week for a total of 15 or more miles, Bike 1-2 times a week.

    I'm reading this book right now about water, VERY interesting. Definitely jug down your 64oz a day:

    What I do:
    Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun
    At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
    2 filtered containers water/day
    Daily salads/veggies


    Goals:

    Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
    Workout in a XXXL shirt
    - DONE!
    Workout in a XXL shirt
    Workout in a XL shirt
    270 on the scales

      Yes yes, drink your daily dose of water, you don't want too much excess ketones in your bloodstream...

        It's odd, I usually don't like water ... but I keep a bottle with me all the time with one of those sports caps that you suck on like a straw. I drank 2L total today!!
