Well, today has been going surprisingly well. I have been taking vitamin & mineral supplements, and I have to say that the edge for cravings is gone. I made a spinach & cheese crustless quich which is "divine"! Even my husband had a piece. I'm off to a good start, feeling pretty good about this. I bought Tae Bo Amped last week, and as soon as I get it I will start in on it which I am excited about! Looking for some 0 carb snacks...any ideas??
