Soy sauce

Is soy sauce allowed on the Induction? I checked the back, and it says no carbs, and only 10 calories per serving. Just checking, cause I love it in hamburgers!

I am in induction as well and wanted to use Soya Sauce on fish.
After reading the ingredients, I saw that sugar is listed so I opted not to use it. I know some people use it but I figured at this point, I am still learning so I didn't want to use something if I wasn't sure.
Georgiana also told me that if sugar/ sugar products were mentioned anywhere on the ingredient list, to stay away from them.

It depends on the manufacturing process, so you will have to read the list of ingredients not only the nutritional label. If all the ingredients are legal (check the acceptable foods list), then the sauce is legal.
