This is only day 2 for me, and I have no appetite! Also, last night for shigs and giggles, I decided to pee on the Ketone sticks, and it showed a trace! Holy Carbs, Batman!
) Ketosis is explained in there. When we cut down on carbs to a bare minimum and we eat plenty of fat the body shifts to ketosis (fat burning). It is how we can lose some of that excess weight we are carrying around without having to starve ourself.
