    Success!

    I'm so happy, I've lost 3 pounds in 3 days and my pants are starting to feel looser. YAY! I've never lost weight this fast and loved the food. I'm never hungry and my portion sizes have gone down by 1/3 of what I used to eat with all the carbs of bread, rice, and pasta. I can't wait to get to my goal weight!

    I love this forum and think the support is great so thank you.
    Remember, induction really works so stick with it even if you get "flu" symptoms. It's so worth it!

      First Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 11st12lbs
      Second Mini Goal: Loose 12lbs = 11st0lbs
      Third Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 10st 4lbs
      Fourth Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 9st 8lbs
