    can you eat strawberries, blueberries and yoghurt??


    First Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 11st12lbs

    Yes and no.
    On induction there is a list that you are supposed to follow strictly. And there are no berries and yogurt on this list. But later on you can reintroduce a lot of foods, you initially cut out. I am on Atkins and I do eat those things now.
