Hi, is it safe to use a colon cleanser, while doing the induction phase??

I very much don't recommend it, the only time I tried an herbal colon cleanse, I had terrible cramps and loose bowels all day. It was terrible, and did nothing for me weight wise, or to improve my overall well-being.

I see no reason it would be unsafe, just uncomfortable and not necessary.

I think the induction foods would be really good for the colon. No need to cleanse it.
