  • One-week Induction results

    I've been on induction for a week now, and only lost 2 pds? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, or if i'm just seeking too fast of results. I work out 5 times a week, run, or doing billy blanks.

    Took my inches, they haven't changed. Just wondering if I'll see more results in the second week? I've read the book sooo many times to see if there was something that I missed, but having no luck.

    If anyone could give me some input that would be great! =]

    I would suggest you post a few menus in the "Review My Menu" forum, including quantities for everything.

      I think you may be seeking out too fast of a weight loss (hey, can't blame you ). You have lost 4% of your total amount so far, and the average weight loss for the 2-week Induction is 5-10%. So, I would just keep doing what you're doing and then see where you are at Day 14. Good luck!

        Thanks, I was thinking the same thing. I was also thinking that the "diet pepsi", not de-caffeinated could also maybe be my problem?

          Yeah, aspartame is a known staller, and caffeine should also be avoided (staller, can cause cravings). I would try cutting it out and see if that doesn't kickstart weightloss.
