I've been on induction for a week now, and only lost 2 pds? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, or if i'm just seeking too fast of results. I work out 5 times a week, run, or doing billy blanks.
Took my inches, they haven't changed. Just wondering if I'll see more results in the second week? I've read the book sooo many times to see if there was something that I missed, but having no luck.
